Why do you have two GT 430s? The GTX 580 is plenty for CAD.

If you're using CAD software do not buy consumer graphics cards. Autodesk is usually pretty good about supporting consumer graphics but a lot of other professional design software such as SolidWorks and SolidEdge will work poorly or not at all without a professional graphics card. A Quadro 4000/5000/6000 will be more than enough

3 mismatched graphics cards is unusual . The mb would need 3 pci-e x16 slots and I cant think how you want to set that up .

Buy ONE firepro or quaddro . Workstation cards handle this kind of workload much more quickly and efficiently

The motherboard will have a sound built in . If your speakers cost less than about $500 then its good enough and you dont need a sound card

12 gig of RAM is probably a triple channel kit for socket 1366 .
You need a dual channel kit for socket 1155 motherboards .
4 x4 gig of 1600 Mhz RAM rated for 1.5 volts or less
