New build starts, runs then shuts off after a few minutes

sorry to double post, the other one says solved, but not everything is quite done:

Thanks guys, the system now starts and everything, just a ram chip wasn't all the way in. haha.

But now I have a new problem. It'll stay on for awhile and I can go into BIOS and also start the process of windows installing. But after about 4 minutes or so, doesn't matter what I'm doing, it shuts off. What do you think is going on? I took out all the RAM but one stick and it didn't change the behavior.
