Need help for my rig

I new here but i've been reading alot of article this pass few days.
I have my rig

Phenom IIx2 555Be, unlocked to b55 4core
m4a88T-M
Gskill rpjaws 1333 CL9
500gb WD Hd
sapphire HD 7770 gpu

is there a bottleneck on the built? i played crisis and it only stays at 62FPS even at the lowest settings 800x600 i think

native screen reso is 1600x900

I have another question, my RAM is ddr3 1333MHz cl 9 ram, why does it show's in the cpu-z its 633Mhz? i cant find any 1333MHz figure
