Psychonauts: stuck in theater

I can't figure out how to get to the catwalk.

I got a script from the heckler, but whether it's the happy or the
"bad" set, I can't figure out how to proceed.

Cruller keeps saying to go talk to the heckler, but when I do I just
say "You're fat" or something like that.

In the bad set, I can swing up the poles to the platform, but can't
jump up to the next level.

When you talk to the heckler, have the script in your hands. That'll make a
difference.
