Will this small office setup work?

Hello,
I've got a modem in the basement, and two computers upstairs (not close together). I have ethernet from the basement to each of the computers. I have a 4-port wireless router and a 5-port switch. I need to have access to internet and the NAS from both computers. If I go from: 1) modem->Router->Switch->Computer01; 2)modem->Router->Switch->NAS; and 3) Modem->Router->Computer02, will Computer 02 be able to access the NAS without setting static addresses? Thanks.

yes all three devices should be able to communicate to each other.
