Which power supply is better for my system?

antec 550vp, cougar RS650 or RS550?
my system is
cpu: core i3 2120
motherboard: gigabyte h61m-ds2
graphic card: sapphire hd 6770

Do you mean the Corsair Enthusiast Series, Model CMPSU-550TXM? That model did very well when subjected to rigorous testing and in-depth component analysis:

general rule of thumb; stick with antec, corsair,seasonic, xfx.

thermaltake is good too , but some model like ..Though Power XT and not LITEPOWER

There are three versions of the Thermaltake Litepower 600 watt power supply. There is no record of any competent technical reviews of those three models. That does not mean mean they are bad power supplies. It just means the models were never subjected to rigorous testing and in-depth analysis. With several thousand psu's available there are quite a few that are not tested.
