Does anyone have had any specific bad experience with any of the above cards. I have offers for both cards but am confused which one to buy.

MSI 5770 :

Price : INR 5400 ($110)
Warranty : 3 years

GigaByte 5770: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/p [...] x?pid=3283
Price : INR 4500 ($91)
Warranty : 1 year

So MSI is about 18% costlier but comes with 3 years warranty.

I would like to know is 3 years warranty worth extra money.

Is MSI product superior than Gigabyte, because of which MSI is confident enough to give 3 years warranty ?

Hm, i don't have any experiences with this specific cooler neither with the Gigabyte, but be sure that MSI coolers are great, and yes, they give extended warranty because they use more expensive components and a better cooling solution certainly it will hardly gives you headaches.

I would go with MSI, Gigabytes card's don't always use Reference PCB's. Plus I mean who wouldn't want a Black PCB

I recommend MSI, afterburner is always nice.
