ok newegg has been out of stock on this card for to long,
any recommendations on replacing it with something else?
trying to stick with the 600.00 price line.

oh and yes i have found the msi card on amazon but im not paying 700.00 for it when i
could have gotten it for 599.00 @ newegg.

Why the affinity for MSI's card? The Sapphire version is in stock now and rarely goes out of stock - why not just pick that up?

If you want MSI you really should be waiting for their Twin Frozr card anyways :)

If you're dead-set on the MSI 7970 I'd just wait for the TFIII version.

TFIII is godly.

Sadly no, I haven't even seen a "MSI Twin Frozr 7970 announced" article anywhere, so I'm guessing it might be a while. Seems like companies are releasing custom 7950s before 7970s.

A 7950 will max those games out as well.
