HELLO

mY WESTELL A90 750015 ROUTER LOST INTERNET. DSL LIGHT IS ON CAN PING THE ROUTER BUT NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. CAN VIRUS DISCONNECT MY INTERNET.

Did you reboot the router? Reseat the connections? Reboot the modem? Contact the ISP?

Does it ever blink?
When you unplug and plug it back up does it blink at all?

On your routers Web page does it show you as connected or not connected to the internet?

Can you ping the router?


Have you tried using a different phone cord?

Plug directly into the Modem and skip the router for now. Does this make a change?/

Did you pay your bill this month?
