Computer wont Start up even though lights and fans are on Black screen

Hello,

The monitor of my computer stays on a black screen even though the lights and fans of my computer case turn on. I have already tried:
Using each one of my Ram sticks one at a time out of two.
Unplugged both my HDD
took out my nvidia GTX 460 graphics card and plugged in the on board chipset
took out my network card
unplugged my DVD drive

Yet it still is not booting up at all
I believe my MOBO is still working because the LED is still on when i plug it in.
At first it was going through a boot loop where it would radomly restart most of the time before even getting to windows 7 booting up.
Before all of this happened my computer screen would first say something about my cpu being unsupported because i had to switch my MOBO out a while ago for a new one and my AMD anthlon 64 x2 6000+ was unsupported by my new MOBO.
I would then have to press F1 to continue booting my computer.
any help would be much appreciated.

Crosair 650 watt
EVGA GTX 460 765 Gb (i think)
4 gigabytes of ddr3 gskill ram
Asus M2N68-AM plus Motherboard
Linksys Wireless-N PCI Adapter with dual band
