Best Graphic card for MSI G31TM-P21

HDD 500GB SATA
PSU Zippy 450 Watt
1 extra simple fan

1. My PCI -E slot spec (see Mboard link)
2. planning to buy HIS radeon Hd 6670 ddr5 !! Is this the right choice or there is something better in this price range and performance.

Nope you will not have a prob cause its PCI-E Gen Gen1 (1x16) mostly like PCI2.0 x8 which 6670 cannot reach its limit.
Just take the one with the best cooling and o/c . Which in my opinion is ASUS

Also at newegg is the card with lowest price.

the HD 6670 is backward compatible. so no worries.

would be great if brands differences can be explained. and newegg doesn't work for india so, prefer INR or ebay.in , may be it's too much asking but you can understand how first time gpu buyer scares. one more thing, is there same like 6670 in nvidia ? what you prefer and why ?
I don't know about overclocking because with technical data and practical situations faced by users are very different and close to exact answer.

Sorry you didnt mention anything about India, nor its written on your profile, so i guessed that you would be from US/UK.
What do you mean that if its the same like nvidia? Do you mean whats the offer from nvidia at 6670's price? Probably the GTS450 DDR3 (DDR5 has similar to 6750 performance) if you found it at the same price (i found it only $5 more than 6670).
And dont worry about the brands you mentioned. They are all very good and there is almost no difference between them (HIS, MSI, Saphire, XFX and Asus).
Also as I saw there is no factory o/c 6670 apart from Asus which is only 10mhz so forget about it .

Thanks, for looking into my questions......... i am here searching all possible issues and comments of users...... just i found out saying that 6770 is lot better than 6670 where it comes to both price and performance on heavy games. i just want a gpu, once purchased no need to consider it for gaming for atleast 3 years.

If you want to go for 6770 wait 2 days.
7770 and 7750 will be out and they will probably both have better performance than 6770 while using much less power.
Rumors sayin that 7770 might be close to 6850 and 7750 close to 6790.
