PC configuration

i wanted to configure some pc for my cyber cafe. Wat processor should i choose? izzit P3, Athlon or Duron. According to specification Duron seem to be best for value. Anyway does it really that good? Money is the key factor in configure the PC. Is there any recommendation from u guys? thanxx for urhelp!!
