yeah I agree with the 5770/6770 recommendation as your res is not entirely demanding, I would however go no higher then say a 6870 if you choose to go higher. Also the 6870s are a great value and it could be brought to a future build if you so choose so... 6770 or 6850/70 would all be good choices imo depending on how much want to spend
