*EDIT* (changed title from "1st build, some parts listed, advice please :) $500")

Hi :hello:

Approximate Purchase Date: Would love to be able to use it soon (within the next few weeks)
Budget Range: Around $500
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Internet, Watching Movies, Photo/Video editing
Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, windows 7, monitor [strike](would like to buy one soon)[/strike]
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg but open to other sites too (I don't live near Microcenter)
Country: US
Overclocking: Possibly
SLI or Crossfire: I don't think so
Monitor Resolution: 1280 x 800 at the moment
Additional Comments: I haven't put together a computer before. I'm tired of long loading times when using the computer for general things and being unable to play many games (have been using x1250 onboard video for years, shader 2.0).

I put these items in my shopping cart on newegg. What do you think of the parts and the prices? Is this a good motherboard with this processor and power supply? Is everything compatible? Know of any good deals or alternatives? Please help. :)

Can people please offer advice about the items/build in my first post? :)

I purchased a hard drive. :)

Your build is actually very decent.
Go ahead and purchase ;)
Thank you. :)

I have all the items in my shopping cart. I'm nervous/excited about ordering (it is a big purchase for me). I keep checking sites to see if I can find any of the items on my list or any alternatives on sale. I think the price will go up a lot for some items if I don't order today.
