  1. What country are your buying this in?

Will you ever be running two graphics cards at the same time? Do you plan on overclocking the system?
  2. i live in the netherlands
not planning in overclocking/dual cpu's/dual gpu's or anything like that just 1 cpu stock speed and 1 gpu stock speed
  3. is 500w enough because the recommendation for a gtx 680 is 550w?
  4. Quite right. Here's two recommendations. One for a 550 watt PSU, and one for a 600 watt PSU. Both are good units.

    Antec VP Power 550W

    Corsair CMPSU-600CX V2

  5. does the corsair have an option to connect your motherboard to it?
(when i was looking for myself i saw an psu without the option for the motherboard)
  6. all psus will have the 24 pin mainboard and 4/8 pin cpu connector on them. thats what psus are built for. the only time where the cord can possibly go missing is if its fully modular and someone lost the cord.
  7. Of course it connects to your motherboard. How else would power get to the MB?
  8. allright i think about getting the Corsair CMPSU-600CX V2
  9. i might too need a new MB for 2ng gen i7 any recommendations? (not expensive just usefull en 4 or more usb2.0 on back and 1usb2+1usb3 internal)
  10. Two really good motherboards. Not expensive, but with all the features you could need. Perfect for a 2nd generation core i7.

    Asus P8Z77-V LK

  11. is this the same corsair?

in the specs area it says poweconnector: no

That must be some kind of mistake. I have never seen a PSU for sale that doesn't have a motherboard power connector. Look at the corsair website if you want to be sure:

  13. i asume that an atx connector for the motherboard stands. i hope it also supports micro-atx
  14. The connectors for ATX and mATX are the same. It supports both. I've recommended this PSU numerous times and everyone has been happy with it.
