Do these sound like a good match?
i5 2500k+GTX 560 ti SLi+Asrock Extreme 3 Gen3?
I may get the Asus Sabertooth instead of the Asrock.

I really don't think the i5 will bottleneck the GTX 560 ti sli?

very good, the motherboard is gen3 but since you are not using ivy bridge pci-e 3.0 will not be active, but since you are using 560 ti, no problemo.

Awesome build, just make sure the psu is good enough to feed both cards;

you will be running SLI at x8 but the performance lost is minimum 2~4% if i'm not mistaken.

about the cpu, no problems with bottleneck, this cpu is very good, perfect for gaming and also very easy for overclock if you need it;
