Home media server graphics card

I'm looking for a graphics card for a home media server, essentially all it has to do is output hdmi to a hdtv, it'll be playing torrented movie's and blu-rays off the blu-ray player. Will an ati 6450 suffice? it's the cheapest card i could find.
The server will be connected on a Gigabit network to 3-4 other PC's which it'll stream movies to and will probably setup a webtorrent for it so we can torrent straight to the server.
