The Sandforce controller itself isn't known for it's awesome reliability but Intel certainly are. They tend to use the highest quality memory in their SSD's so they are often recognised as the most reliable vendor for SSD's. Both are great but I imagine the Intel one will be slightly faster, slightly more reliable and have a slightly better warranty.

EDIT: Samsung are worth a look too, they should be a little bit better than the Crucial drives without the big price premium of the Intel drives.
