Working/light gaming 600-750$ PC

Hello,

I would like some help building a new pc as my old Dell dimension 9200 is about to die (5 years old).
I don’t know much about parts anymore, since the last PC I built goes back to 2003 so please bear with me.

I am a graphic designer so I need something that will be able to multitask smoothly between photoshop - illustrator - indesign at the same time with multiple tabs of web browser opened.

Also, I've been waiting for diablo III for a few years now, so a machine that will run that game smoothly falls into my criteria.
A priority for me is that it runs cool, no overheating. I’m willing to sacrifice a bit of power for a cooler machine.

Additional Comments: a quiet and cool machine good for multitask, and something to display good colors on a dell ultrasharp U2410.
I'm open to AMD though I don't know how good they are nowadays vs Intel

price : 826.92$ id like to reduce to around 700-750 if you guys can help, also, is the cooler a necessary evil if I don't want my room to heat during the summer ?

If you're not OCing, drop the i5-2500k to an i5-2400k and MAYBE the MOBO to an H67.

after a quick search I found a list of those H67 motherboards but they seem to lack the 1600 ddr3 speed

Is there a low cost motherboard that will have 1600 speed for the ddr3 and good features across the board ?
