Can we configure vpn on samsung star next

How to configure VPN on Samsung Star Next ?
Can someone help me ?

After numerous pages on samsungs website, the manual, and a couple forums. I'm not seeing a Samsung Star Nxt that has VPN capability?

Did your phone come with this feature? Or was it a App you downloaded?

If its a app it doesn't matter what kind of phone you have it's how to setup the app and we need the name of the app. Also this is the wrong place their is a forum for Phone questions too!
