Expect overpriced graphics cards, that's what.

Hm, the 7570 will be nothing to write home about.

The 7770 will cost more than a 6850 and deliver similar performance.

If you want cheap graphics cards from the 7 series wait till the 8 series is released.

If you are looking at the low end cards specfically you should have no need to wait as the features they add are nothing important. The low end cards are mostly rebadges with the same performance as the last generation of cards. If you want a 7570, get a 6570.

My assumption was correct, either way AMD makes money as there is no Nvidia equivalent for the time being.

7970 or 6990, 590 cant saturate the bandwidth made available from PCI-E x16 2.0 how is a mantra being made of PCI-E 3.0 or is there something more than bandwidth about it ?

It is anon issue right now and dual GPU cards are more suitable as a budget option not $1000 ultra high end like the 7990 will be.
