Need help with PC build!

I'm thinking of building a new gaming PC with these components, and want some second thoughts.
I only had a budget of $750 Canadian, and this build hits it right on the nose. (After rebates)

After Tax this build comes to about $782, but with rebates I can bring it down to $750.
This is my first build and I would appreciate any help I can get, such as telling me if there is any better parts that will still keep me under budget.

If this is a gaming build, the parts look OK. Better with Why_me's suggestions, especially the PSU.
