I recently moved my internet provider to Sprint 4g and I am using their USB modem (U600) I have successfully set up Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) between two Windows 7 pc's using an ethernet cable. Would ICS work with a wireless PCI adapter? effectively making my desktop that the modem is plugged into a wireless router.

upon some further research, it appears that what I would want to do is set up an Ad Hoc network. I am assuming that this will work just fine, but i just wanted to make sure that I have a correct set up before i go buying any additional harware.

This is a basic network map that i have planned ( --- = wired, ))) = wireless)

Sprint Modem (USB) > Desktop PC > --- >laptop 1 > ))) > laptop 2
