Problems on start with graphics plz help

So i just reformated and installed win 7 on my ssd in ahci mode cuz it faster and downloaded the lastest drivers for my 2 evga gt 560 ti 448 cores classifieds
but when i restart windows it kicks it into a 600x800 mode and says its not using nvidia drivers which i device manager and then disable renable and it works fine so what am i doing wrong also i reconnected my storage drives and this just started happenning

You plug the monitor cable to the card and in the BIOS it's showing 'PCI-E' or something like this?
