Need Advice on Budget PC Gaming.

hello all, first time poster here just making sure everything i picked out will work together, also do you guys think this build will play Diablo 3 at high? any recommendations? compatibility issues? please share!

Buget: about 600
overclocking: yes but later
use: moderate gaming(wow diablo 3)
parts needed: just tower

That all looks OK if you plan to overclock. If you don't I would get an Intel i3 based system. It would be about the same price and would outperform it in games.

EDIT: The 450W model of that PSU would be fine for that build, might save you a bit of cash too.

Awesome! thank you! I eventually want to play around with overclocking, so i think I'm going to stick with the 965, as for the power source the 550 it was only 14 dollars more then the 450. thank you for your reply. I called newegg earlier and they cant help with compatibility. i didn't want to order 600 dollars of stuff and not know if it would work.

You shouldn't need the extra sata cable unless you plan on hooking up more than the HDD and the Optical. Your MB should come with at least 2 of them.
