New HTPC Build Help - Ceton 4 PVR

Looking to build HTPC/DVR. I have WHS v1 that houses all my dvd rips. This build will be the central tv server for ceton 4 tuner. It will need to record 4 shows at once, stream to 2 tvs max with room for more in future. Will need to play full 3DBR rips and stream.

Items I have - 64GB SSD + 1TB HDD. Remote for WMC. Internal Blu Ray Drive.

Will run windows 7 + WMC (XBMC plugin)

Prefer going amd route as with i3/i5 I would have to purchase gt 430 video card. Ive read that the a8 with integrated graphics is enough to handle everything I need. Do I need case fans? Any recommendations on silent case fans?

I will be using jailbroken apple tv running pseudotv in bedroom to watch content from ceton. Also will stream to Ipads, iphones, laptops.
