Hyper 212 Plus Push/Pull, But Fan is 4-Pin?

Hello, I intend to purchase the Asrock Z77 Pro4 Motherboard soon. I want to do a push/pull configuration with the Hyper 212 Plus I am also purchasing. The issue being that another Blade Master 120mm fan has a 4-pin power connector, and the motherboard only has a 3-pin Cpu Fan 2 connector. What should I do? Get a different fan? And if I get a different fan, will I have to set both fans to %100 in the BIOS? Thanks.

Note: Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure what to classify the issue as because I couldn't find any help on Google.

  1. Ya, I saw that, but the fan is going to be 4-pin in a 3 pin connector which is why I'm confused. I'd just like to get a fan that will match the speed of the on on the cooler to begin with so that they don't burn out and so I can get maximum airflow.
  2. So it would be compatible, but I wouldn't have motherboard fan control? Or does the board have voltage control?
  3. 4 pins are 3 pins with an pin on the end, i edited my last post....

It should control the fans but if not then you can either get a 3-pin fan for the heatsink.

    Or get 4 fans -
  5. Alright, thanks for the help.
