Ok ive got one 120mm fan on back blowing out and one 80mm fan on side blowing out. What should the front fan be blowing or sucking? (Its located infront of the hard drive bay).

Thanks.

Fronts and sides are usually intakes (blowing in).
Backs and tops are usually exhaust (blowing out).
These "usuallys" are subject to change depending on the setup desired. Positive - Negative - Neutral.

The intakes are setup to "cool" the case and I don't think it's accidental that in most setups they blow over the HDD's. It's a good way to cool them.

Ok, My setup for airflow is 1XFront 120mm Intake, 1X80mm Side Intake, 1xRear 120mm Blowing, 2X80mm Blowing Towards Hard Drives, 2x40MM Intake Front. Does that sound good enough?

So you have 3 front fans and 3 side fans and 1 rear fan?
