CPU: Intel Core i5 2400
GPU: Inno3d GTX560 Ti/Sapphire 7850(not sure on this yet lol.)
Is the Seasonic S12II 520W enough for this build? Or should I go for a Corsair CX 600W/GS 600W?

The SeaSonic PSU is fine for either GPU.

Agreed. 520 watts from a good Seasonic unit will be fine.
