Nokia 6820

I recently bought a Nokia 6820 and really like the phone, however there a few
quirks I am wondering if anyone has worked around.

1st - I can't see any way within the PC Suite that comes with the phone to get
online. It says to get the cable and install it first. I have done this. I also
have installed the modem drivers for the phone as well as the infared drivers
for the phone.

2nd - When connecting using the AT&T Connection manager, the phone is only
recognized as a GPRS Modem and not a GPRS/EDGE 6280. The 6200 is recognized as
a GPRS/EDGE 6200. Any idea why?

3rd - When using the cable there is no way to get online unless I connect using
the 6200 first, then simply plug in the 6820 and simply do not re-find the
connecting device. It then works fine.

Has anyone else experienced these problems? Should I go to Nokia and ask for
technical help?
