Yes, although I'm not sure why you would need the PCIe extender cable thing. It should be completely unnecessary. You just install the GPU into the PCIe x16 slot on the motherboard. No need for an extra cable.

Thanks! the reason for the PCIe extender its because im building my own case and it is very (VERY) flat, and instead of having them in parallel would have side by side so the extra 4x120mm can cool it without a problem
