Mini ITX System

Hey Guys.

I just got my hands on a really nice looking mITX case with 300W Power supply.
Here's my thing, I need a system to go in it!

I won't be doing any gaming on it, but I want something that will be super quick, as i'm very impatient. I'll be doing the usual, watching films/internetting/basic windows games.

I need;
Motherboard
CPU
RAM
Hard drive (2.5 inch)
Possibly a low profile graphics card? Maybe
Optical drive (one of the slim laptop style ones, but for a desktop pc, preferably blu ray)

I don't need anything else. My budget is between 200-250£, the lower the better though of course, but I want something that will be quick!
