Would my motherboard support this psu and video card?

i have a pegatron 2a99 motherboard and i dont know a big deal about computers, tho i am looking to upgrade my current graphics card which is a nvidia Geforce 6150se Nforce 430. i am looking to upgrade it to a gtx 560 ti and i am also going to upgrade my current psu to a corsair tx650 v2 would my motherboard support both things and would the corsair tx650 support the gtx 560 ti ???

The Nvidia would work with the mobo and the PSU is compatible with the mobo as it is micro-ATX and it will work with the Nvidia GPU.

i was at the card and i see all these different model and stuff which i do not hve a clue about but would this (Nvidia GTX 560 Ti 1GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card) be compatible ?

It should as your mobo has an PCI-E x16 slot,

The different versions have different cooling techniques, its also meant to be one of the better GTX 560s.
I think you might be able to overclock it a little with this cooler.
