My System Spec :
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz
Vantec iON2 520w(+12V1 20A | +12V2 20A)
2GB Kingston ddr2 ram
samsung dvd-rw
Seagate Barracuda 320GB
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz

Can my pc run a hd6670?I want to play sims 3 at high settings

It should, if you have the required PCIe 16x slot available in your system.

And what mobo are you using?
I don't think that mobo has 2 P4s running at 2.66GHz on it.... :)

Happy Simming to you....
But, you must remember that Sim 3 is not a very GPU intensive game, it's more of a CPU intensive game. So the GPU will help you out no doubt about that but it's your P4 that going to hold you back in the game....
