Did you install the latest Omega driver for mx 440?

What do you mean by not installing? Do you get them from nVidia? Try from the specific graphics card maker website? Are you sure BIOS is at 'PCI-E' and monitor cable is plugged to the card? did you chose the right version?

AGP CARD and whats omega driver, and yes from nvidia but they install but dont i have a yellow ! next to the card in device manager
