I have logitech z5500 speakers, optical connection to xfi fatality sound card.
My problem being that the display on the volume control changes on its own to no digital data, but i can still hear whatever sounds coming from the speakers altho it does interupt the sound as it does so.
Short of doing a complete rebuild i think i have tried everything. Having a real braindead moment, can anyone help.
