most modern decent psus dont have the 110v-240v red switch they are auto switching to the right voltage

just need the right cable for the socket of the country you want to use it in

PSUs with Active PFC usually have hard-wired line input and boost whatever they get to 300-400VDC for the primary storage cap(s) instead of using the error-prone voltage-doubler switch. Some passive/no-PFC PSUs are hard-wired with/without voltage-doubling circuitry with their primary-side designed to work over a wider primary storage voltage range.

In general, if there is no switch, the PSU has universal input range. When in doubt, check the label or manual.
