Well, first let me intorduce myself. My name is Elvis and I'm currently researching products and prices. I would like to build a new budget gaming pc. I plan to buy in pieces until its complete. I also do want the new ivy bridge so that would be the last thing. The components I post, I have mind set on already.

Parts not required are a monitor, mouse, keyboard,2 optical drives and a 250gb hd from my old desktop

Case:
Corsair Carbide 400r

100.00

CPU:
Quad core Intel preferred and can gaming such as BF and starcraft.

Motherboard:
Any suggestions under 150 but one condition, I would like it all black or mostly black.
<150.00

Graphics Card:
MSI Twin Frozr 6870
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127545
180.00 after rebate

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb (2x4Gb)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144
45.00

Cpu cooler:
Corsair brand because I've found some bundles with the case.
Options are h60,h70,h80
<100.00

Hard drive:
60 GB SSD just to boot and hold my programs I use. ie Starcraft 2, visual basic, office, netBeans

75.00

PSU:
Any suggestions??
Under 60.00

Fans and accessories:
I'm thinking going 4 xigmatek white leds. 2 top exhaust, 1 side intake and replace the cooler fan.
Going for negative pressure so I'm thinking the cooler fan wont expel much air because of the radiator so thats why 2 top fans.

Off course I would like to cut costs down so any suggestions is good.

Yes, I already know people have put your build together and are about to post... SO heres what your looking at:

ASRock Extreme.... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293

Also, shoot for a more bigger SSD like a 120GB... Which can be gotten for.... around 130?.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239009

Your twin frozr option is good, but within a year or 2 its gonna be old stuff. and Newer cards are gonna beat it.. Shoot for more of a 7770 or a 7850.

For you CPU, a I5 3570K or the non K model. Which will be out in a few days.

As for cases, cooling and power supply's i won't know what to pick for you until you confirm these parts as approved
