Error: CPU Fan has failed! HP Pavilion

Hey everyone! I have just replaced the video card, power supply, and thermal paste on an hp pavilion elite. When i turn it on, i get "Error: CPU Fan has failed". I replaced the thermal grease a second time. The HSF Header is correctly attatched. It happens on every system start up, and i am unable to boot into BIOS to try and remove any advanced settings. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Did you plug the fan back in and in the right fan 'socket' (CPU_fan)...

Lol thanks! The two headers were next to each other and the wrong color, guess it does make a difference...
