Graphics card for Black Ops II?

Any estimates for at least 30 fps minimum, max setttings, and 1080p? game-debate.com says at least a GDDR5 Radeon HD 6670, but I wanna make sure. Also, any CPU suggestions that won't bottleneck the graphics card? I'm on a budget, and right now I'm looking at the Intel Pentium G620. I don't care about synthetic benchmarks or whatever, just real world price/performance in gaming only. Thanks for helping!
