Bottlenecking

Okay im starting a new build and I was wondering if the i5-3570k Ivy would bottleneck the EVGA GTX680 or EVGA GTX680 superclocked+?

I'm having massive pricing problems since im trying to stick to a 1500-1600 price limit with shipping and im at 1750 right now with shipping

I'm using 2 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161404 right now for 1750 without a monitor

I have my case and os at amazon for 220$

Not to worry. Your i5-3570k processor can handle all the data the card(s) throw into the frame buffer.

No, but a better choice would be an EVGA GTX 670 FTW edition card instead of the 680.
