CAS2, CAS2.5 what are the differences?

What are the differences in terms of performance by running/setting ram to a cas latency of 2 as opposed to 2.5 (DDR 2100)? I heard that CAS 2 ram will only show differences when opening a program, for example, but once the program is opened, or application, the two types run at the same speed. This isn't a big deal to me whether a program opens a 1/2 millisecond faster than the other. I don't know if this is the only advantage.

don't even trip over it.. unles you are running web servers or instant data delievery services, then you don't need to worry. All you SHOULD worry about though is BANDWIDTH. The more the better in any situation! :-O
