Which config is the best?

Hey there! I want to ask for an oppinion about these three configs:

Pentium IV 3.10 GHz (775)
2 GB DDR 400 MHz
Radeon HD 4650 1 GB DDR2 (AGP)

Athlon64 X2 4400+ 2.2 GHz (AM2)
1 GB DDR 800 MHz
GeForce 6500 256 MB DDR2 (PCIe)

Athlon XP 3000+ 2.16 GHz (462)
2 GB DDR 400 MHz
Radeon 9600 PRO 128-BIT 256 MB DDR2

The P4 (#1) is from my bro, and the XP (#3) from my mom. I repaired mobo and vga from the config #2 and it's working perfectly. My bro uses his PC for internet (Facebook, MSN, downloads, etc), casual gaming and video editing. My mom uses her PC for e-mails and music.

I want the best config for my bro, then for my mom, and I'll gift the worst to a friend who has a very old computer and has no money to buy something new.

So, my question is. What config do you think I should give to my bro, then to my mom, and last to my friend?
