I have two KDA 14" LCD moniters. One is no good but the neon light is good. The other is good but the neon bulb is bad.

You see where I am going with this.

Any way I whant to change out the good one for the bad BUT IS IT SAFE?????

I have disasembled them to the point that I get to just behind the shilding of the panle it's self. BUt there is a warning about High voltige. Now thing about takeing apart a CRT I know is deadley even after 6 months. But a LCD???

I was told by a nother tech that let it sit for a day and I would be fine. Is this true??

Also is there any instructions for handling these lights?

Thank you for your help
