DX11 and driver issues with bf3

Ok so I just built my new system. i'm running dual HD 6870's in cfx and I am having issues with AMD Catalyst installing right. When it installs, it shows install completed with errors, but it doesn't show said errors. And In bf3, when I try joining a game I get this dxll failed to initialize and display adapter Hd 6870 isn't installed. HELP!

Hard to tell without system info. Im sure we could start guessing tho, but all that preemptive troubleshooting info is here on the site which you should read before posting

Uninstall your drivers from control panel, then run Driver Sweeper to get rid of all AMD display drivers.

Download 12.2 pre cert

Also get the latest CAP

Restart with no drivers and install these packages.

I have tried this already. I have also reinstalled my 870 chipset drivers from my ASRock cd and now that ATI catalyst install is messing up as well

mobo is ASRock Extreme3 870 AM3. CPU- Phenom ll X4 980 @ 4.3ghz. 8gb DDR3 1333 from g.skill, dual HD 6870's from xfx. windows 7 home pro 64bit

I installed the two packages as suggested and now the CLI.exe files are missing, but it was an error free install.. Honestly I am ready to punch something...

If anything is overclocked I'd start with that. BF3 is a heavy system resource user and any small instabilities can be a big issue.
