Software for safety temps/stress

Just built first gaming rig. Is there any good software for checking cpu temp/stress or other components? Is there good software for Ocing the i5? Thankyou for your time!

I would use the BIOS to overclock your processor. As for the software, I use:

Prime 95 - CPU/RAM Stress testing
Furmark - GPU Stress testing
CPUid Hardware Monitor - Temperature monitoring
MSI Afterburner - GPU overclocking
