My main concern is the video card I think everything else is fine.

Do you live by a microcenter?

Anyway, the mobo... maybe an ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3? It would satisfy your needs... and it's reliable, while not costing all that much.

RAM: Is it DDR3-1600? CAS9? 1.5v or lower? Make sure of all three.

GPU: I'd go with an MSI Twin Frozr II OC, but seeing as how they're unavailable, Gigabyte is good too. ASUS would be nice... but it seems to be fine

    HDD: Make sure it's 7200rpm

Case: Don't know much about it... look into a Corsair 400R

Heat Sink: Hyper 212 Evo, right?
  2. I will be ordering the parts online as im in a small town. Mostly from Newegg/Tigerdirect/Amazon.

I think I will take your mobo suggestion and the rest of the spec match up to what you're saying so I think im ok.
