Okay, so I've got almost everything picked out. The last things I'm missing are a wifi card to give the computer wireless capability, and a power supply.

BUILD HERE: http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=16892031
Also, already have a gtx 680 to use as video card.

I was looking at this power supply, but I'm a tad wary of the reviews saying they're in the RMA process soon after they get it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207011

I'm also thinking about overclocking my i5 to 4.0 ghz if I can. Anything else required for this?

Finally, anything else I'm missing?

Thanks again!

Will 750w be enough for the overclocked i5 and gtx 680? Not to mention the SSD and everything else?

EDIT: Regarding the wireless adapter, this will work with my case and mobo, correct? Finally, it says that it "Increases wireless coverage for 5 times further" -- does this mean that anything near my computer will also have their signal boosted? Or is that for wireless network detection?

Nice build so far. As far as PSU I would stay away from the XFX. I only say that because if there's one thing in your build you don't want to "Test" out is your PSU. Slomo's suggestion is a good deal and looks to be a decent PSU. Reviews are good as well. My other suggestion is to bump up from 750 to 850 for OC reasons. 750 will give you enough for a stable OC but thinking long term and how these new CPU's are running on higher wattages, just to be safe. Great wireless card from Slomo. But remember, your wireless card is only as good as your router, so spend the $ on a quality router. Everything else looks good to me. Im not too sure how good the ASrock mobo is for OCing. I would look into that a little further. Good luck and have fun.

Try this:

By the way, thats going to be a killer gaming rig. Especially with the GTX 680. Send us pics when your done.

XFX psu's are manufactured by Seasonic. The same Seasonic that manufactures the mid and upper tier Corsair psu's.

@ the OP. Take look at this modular psu. Also drop the Z68 board for a Z77 extreme4. It has the native 3.0 USB giving you two front 3.0 USB ports.

@the OP. What we are all trying to say is get a quality, PLUS Certified and XFire/SLI certified PSU. Never go with a "cheaper" power supply just to save a couple dollars. It will end up costing you more in the long run. Sometimes these forums can be a little overwhelming for someone like yourself who is just looking for advice. All I can say to you is do a ton of research and make your decision based on that. Whatever you choose to do just have fun and remember this, you'll probably end up changing half of your original components out for something else anyway. LOL. Let us know how you make out.

Okay, so addressing some of the issues...

@Motherboard: Why should I upgrade to the new Intel Z77? I mean, I have no problem doing it, but does it allow for easier OCing or something?

@Power Supply: Regarding the XFX Power Supply, the reviews at Newegg are saying they've been hearing loud popping following the power supply breaking. Should I really buy this PSU? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207011&Tpk=P1850SNLB9

@Computer Case: What's wrong with my current case? I like the way it looks, unless you think there will be a spacing issue?

Also thanks upsguy for being honest and caring so much! I'll definitely have some pics up when it's done :)

XFX psu's are manufactured by Seasonic for XFX. It doesn't get any better than Seasonic. Also I posted a modular version of that psu that is Silver rated and for cheaper @ amazon. Why pay more for a non modular bronze rated 850w psu?
