Problems with my grafics card

Hello, i have bought a new grafics card, a ATI Radeon HD 6400 Graphics, nut the problem is that on my conrol center it says it is a 3200 gard, and it performes as a 3200 card, so the crafics in the games is no good. I don't see how i can fix this problem since i don't know whats wrong with it. have any tip? Btw, i have tried to reinstall it but it didn't work

Use GPUz and send us a screenshot of what you see.
That would be a lot more helpful.

yes, your card is exactly 3200 becuase there is very smaller chances of mistakes while making of these cards by the manufacturer thats not a 6400 return it to the seller and told him that the model is 3200.
