H80 is foine as long as your not looking for a real high overclock.
Build looks fione
Cant tell you what FPS you have without know what resolution yo'll be gaming at.
at 1080 I would guess 50-70's min.

The H80 performs similar to air coolers in its price range. It'll work fine for you but a less expensive $30 air cooler will also work fine.

If you are just gaming/web surfing with this machine then you'll be fine with 8gb of RAM (2x 4gb) and won't notice a difference. You can always add more if you somehow need it. And again, if just for gaming/surfing a 3570k or 2500k will work great - you won't notice much difference they both OC to clocks similar to the 3770k. Significant money savings there.

Unless you plan to do triple monitors or are getting a higher resolution screen, you will be fine getting a GTX 680 2gb model. Save some money from the H80, the 3770k and the 680 4gb model and get the 256gb version of the Samsung 830 instead.

Your FPS should be similar to the bench on ultra at 1920x1080: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-680-rev...
